This 1200 sq ft condo had never been updated in the last 30 years. The couple moved in from a large home and downsizing brought its own set of challenges. Livwell Collective renovated the entire space, creating a more functional kitchen with a large island, opening up space in the condo. Specifically in the ensuite, Livwell Collective opened up the space by combining the bedroom, closet and bathroom allowing a single large space with a walk-in shower, vanity with two sinks and custom closets. The finishing touches included unique tile choices and fixtures to offer a more European outlook to the condo.
