Krystal is the organizational powerhouse and people-person behind Livwell Collective’s smooth operations. With a background in office administration and a deep dedication to both efficiency and empathy, she plays an integral role in ensuring that every project runs like clockwork—and that every person involved feels seen and supported.
Lovingly referred to as the “office wizard,” Krystal wears many hats and wears them well. She’s involved in every phase of a project’s execution—from ordering products and managing supplier logistics to arranging deliveries and acting as the primary liaison with our accounting department. Her eye for detail, proactive communication, and knack for multitasking keep everything moving forward behind the scenes. But Krystal’s impact goes far beyond logistics.
As the first point of contact for Livwell Collective, she’s often the friendly voice answering the phone or welcoming a new client. She takes great pride in creating a warm, responsive experience from the very first interaction. Throughout each project, Krystal remains available and accessible—ready to address questions, provide updates, or simply reassure clients that they’re in good hands.
Krystal also serves as a central source of connection and care for the entire Livwell team. She’s the one gathering everyone to celebrate milestones, birthdays, or a job well done. She’s the go-to for one-on-one support, always ready with a thoughtful gesture or a listening ear.
