About Cynthia
Born and raised in Abbotsford, B.C., Cynthia has spent most of her life living, working, and creating in the community she loves. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, she began her first business while raising a young family—sewing and installing custom draperies from her home. What started as a practical pursuit quickly evolved into a flourishing design career, shaped by over three decades of hands-on experience and deep personal growth.
Today, Cynthia leads Livwell Collective as its Principal Designer, bringing a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every space she touches. Known for her creativity, vision, and unwavering work ethic, Cynthia has a gift for seeing the potential in a space long before the first wall is moved or paint is chosen. Her specialty lies in kitchens and bathrooms, where form and function meet—and where thoughtful design can have a transformative impact on daily life.
Cynthia’s Christian faith is at the heart of everything she does. It informs the way she leads, the way she designs, and the way she connects with her clients and team. She approaches each project with integrity, humility, and a desire to serve others—believing that every home and business has the potential to be a place of peace, purpose, and beauty. Her work is an extension of her calling to uplift, encourage, and create spaces where people feel truly cared for.
In addition to residential work, Cynthia is also experienced in commercial design, helping businesses—from retail to industrial—create environments that reflect their values and enhance both customer and employee experiences. She brings strategic insight to these spaces, balancing brand identity with functionality, and always ensuring that the final result feels intentional and authentic.
With a strong foundation in both creativity and technical knowledge, Cynthia confidently designs across a range of styles—from modern minimalism to timeless traditional. No two of her projects look the same, because no two clients are the same. Every space is tailored to reflect the people who live or work within it.
More than just a designer, Cynthia is a listener, a problem-solver, and a trusted guide. Her decades of experience are matched by her warm, collaborative spirit and a desire to serve her clients with excellence. Whether she’s reimagining a kitchen layout or leading a commercial renovation, Cynthia’s goal is always the same: to create environments that feel meaningful, purposeful, and deeply personal.
