When first observing this space, the kitchen seemed small and the location was in the back of the existing home, inefficient and tucked in the back corner of the home. The angled island was difficult to sit at. There was no outlet to showcase the beautiful view from outside the house. Livwell Collective managed to flip the location of the kitchen with the dining room opening up more space and creating outlets to showcase the outdoor beauty. The size of the kitchen window was also increased letting in more day light and brightness. The new space features a large island with seating capacity for six with a really fun backsplash tile that reflects European flair that the family really appreciates.
