The main floor of the home was chopped up into individual smaller rooms making it less functional for a busy family. Livwell transformed the space into a large floor with a living room, a kitchen and a family room. Livwell was also able to increase the size of the windows to let in more natural light. The family room fireplace was completely reconstructed with a linear-styled fireplace, cabinets and floating shelves for storage. The living room fireplace was refreshed with new tiles and a mantle. Livwell was able to create a west coast modern feel to the entire space with plank flooring and wooden floating shelves.
