This custom Eagle Mountain home had good bones. The previous kitchen was too small to meet the needs of the family and did not have a functioning island. The existing on-suite was small and did not have an independent shower area. Team Livwell refreshed the kitchen by directing the island in a different direction, thereby opening up the space and offering the kitchen a much spacious outlook. Livwell managed to covert a section of the garage into a walk-through pantry space including another kitchen sink, counter top, sink and storage space. Team Livwell created the elegance of a European influence for the entire house. The addition of crown moulding, corbels and acadia wood floor completed the final style of the house.
