The kitchen was outdated and dark and it had an angled range wall that wasted space. The previous island had angles which made it too small and the place was practically non-functional. Livwell added custom closets to the master bathroom and all other bathrooms were updated. Created a luxury on-suite with a walking shower and free standing soaker tub. Livwell Collective was able to transform this house into three independent living spaces on each floor of the three-storey family home, thereby improving the value of the house.
